I going to tell you a story about something that happened to me two years ago.
I bought a BMW 1995, I drove two hours from my house to get the car.
Next day I went late to work because I want to get my car ready for the road.
I went to the insurance we did the paper work, now it was time to go to the registry
Of Motor vehicle, I waited for about an hour, it's my turn I went to the window I gave the
lady the paper work and she told me that I can't registry my car because I need a title, I bought the
car from a broker and that was the first question I ask because he did not give me title. He said to me I
did not needed because I live in mass and after ten years you don't need it one. I asked the lady are you sure?
because I am positive that I did not need one, she said to me she was the one who worked there and she knows better them me
I almost cried I couldn't believed what she was saying to me, the lady from the insurance should told me something like that
and she did not. I ask. Could you please check, she said no she was sure and I didn't have to tell her how
to do her job. I went outside very disoriented I did not what to do. I called the broker who sold me the car and told him
what happened and that I would like to get my money back, He told me that I have to go back inside and talked to another
person. I cried in my car and them I decided to go back and I asked for the manager but he never came out
another cashier call me and apologize for the manager. She registered the car for me but she over charged me.
Instead of charging me for what I paid for the car she charged for the book value of the car, I argued the case but
she did not changed anything and I did not want to fight I left it that way.
The moral of this history is that don't matter what any one tells you if you think you right to who ever you have to talked to get thing done. Things like this happened to me all the time
