Unemployment

I would like to tell a story about something that happened to me and I wouldn’t like to happen to any one else. Let me tell you how everything started. I used to work for a company call Analogic Corp. I worked there for almost five years, I got lay off last August (8/1/08) they gave me a package to sign in order for me to get six weeks several pay, I did not what to do I signed the document, after I signed I found out if you are over 40 years old by law you are allow to collect up to six months several pay, I did not know that so I miss it. I applied for unemployment benefits two weeks after I got laid off. I was looking for job but things instead of getting better got worst every body was getting lay off and it was hard to find jobs. I went to the unemployment office to see if I could get a training or go to college, and they told me not you can’t. Because the training they offering were for people that did not know how to speak English and did not know how to do other type of work. I said ok. I still looking for job but no one is hiring the only people who are getting jobs are people who already have a job. The longer you stay unemployed is hardest to get a job.
So on June 2009, I received a letter saying that the president will offer up to $5000 scholarship for people to better themselves and get better jobs, I was happy right a way I called the phone number and the person who I spoke to told me to go to the unemployment office and talk to them. I went to the unemployment office I waited for two hours and I was told that the only way to do it was filling out at section 30 form she gave me the form, I went to the school I registry I gave the section 30 paper to the lady to fill out and I mail the papers. So far every thing is good, what I didn’t know was if they denied the section 30 they will terminate you unemployment benefits a week after I started school they stop my benefits without any notice, a lady from the section 30 called and asked some questions, after a week I got a letter saying that I am not longer qualify for unemployment benefits because I did not qualified for the section 30 and she did not believed that I would be able to look for job. She is wrong I still look for job and not one had called me. I don’t have any source of income I have no food I can’t afford to pay my bills, I am into so much stress that the other day I though that I was getting a hart attack I only can sleep like two or three hours a night, I am living in hell because nobody told me that I wouldn’t have any income if I go to school, I appealed their decision only gad knows when I will hear from them.
Sometimes you tried to do the right thing and the system screw you over so bad, how they think that I will support myself with out an income, school don’t pay you bills or give you food. I don’t want this to happen to any one else not even to my worst enemies.

This could happen to any one at the Registry of motor vehicle

I going to tell you a story about something that happened to me two years ago.
I bought a BMW 1995, I drove two hours from my house to get the car.
Next day I went late to work because I want to get my car ready for the road.
I went to the insurance we did the paper work, now it was time to go to the registry
Of Motor vehicle, I waited for about an hour, it's my turn I went to the window I gave the
lady the paper work and she told me that I can't registry my car because I need a title, I bought the
car from a broker and that was the first question I ask because he did not give me title. He said to me I
did not needed because I live in mass and after ten years you don't need it one. I asked the lady are you sure?
because I am positive that I did not need one, she said to me she was the one who worked there and she knows better them me
I almost cried I couldn't believed what she was saying to me, the lady from the insurance should told me something like that
and she did not. I ask. Could you please check, she said no she was sure and I didn't have to tell her how
to do her job. I went outside very disoriented I did not what to do. I called the broker who sold me the car and told him
what happened and that I would like to get my money back, He told me that I have to go back inside and talked to another
person. I cried in my car and them I decided to go back and I asked for the manager but he never came out
another cashier call me and apologize for the manager. She registered the car for me but she over charged me.
Instead of charging me for what I paid for the car she charged for the book value of the car, I argued the case but
she did not changed anything and I did not want to fight I left it that way.
The moral of this history is that don't matter what any one tells you if you think you right to who ever you have to talked to get thing done. Things like this happened to me all the time
